Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to find off 495 and close to the metro station. The rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave, fridge, and Keurig machine. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was a minor incident in the lobby. The dining experience was good, with some confusion about taxes. The location is perfect for visiting the National Science Foundation and getting to downtown DC easily.
My stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory, though there were some areas that could be improved. The room had a king-size bed but was still a bit messy upon arrival. While the location was convenient for my needs, I found it to be a bit far from the central area. The service was friendly and helpful, although one staff member could have been more welcoming. The dining experience offered a nice menu selection but came at an extra cost, which was a downside. The hotel's facilities were adequate for my stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the positive side, the rooms, although a bit old and with a hint of mold smell, were clean and provided essential conveniences like a fridge, microwave, and a safe. The beds were comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit cramped. The service was exceptional, with an extremely helpful and accommodating staff, especially Lolita; however, some members seemed to have a less pleasant attitude. The location was great for our needs, right by the Washington Metro, making transportation easy, but the dining options were limited and a bit overpriced. Despite some issues, it was a convenient stay.
